Customer chooses the products , proceeds to checkout [at this point the customer is happy, apparently the vendor is happy too as they assume the responsibillity for the shipping costs.] customer was happy to pay but a token of appreceation bolsters the good willlalready established.....until the the package sits in despatch for 4 or 5 days awaiting collection. The courier company in partnership has a recurring pop upon the tracking screen saying" always here to help" which is not interactive. No phone number , no email.... so what ...its free. It adds no value to the customer, quite the contrary. Just let the customer pay for their shipping. The manner in which one recieves goods purchased is as particular to many clients as the goods themselves.
