Appears to be working well so far. Adhesive isn’t as strong as original so be prepared to pack the cover slightly for a tight fit, or use a different adhesive. Yes, I completely cleaned back all previous adhesive before fitting. The courier used for the purchase wasn’t very good but Battery Mate handled the delay with prompt communication and excellent customer service. Overall happy with the purchase and would recommend to others. My 10 year old Mac has a new lease on life!

The product came very quickly and I was able to replace with somewhat ease even though it was my first time replacing batteries. My computer works much more efficiently not only in terms of battery life but the overall performance! My fan doesn’t go crazy like it did before possibly because i got rid of a lot of dust.
